LEARN TO SAIL PROGRAM (small boat)
This program provides a structured learning path for the students to follow as they develop their sailing skills from a peaceful light-air dinghy sailing to demanding offshore passage making.
Level 1-Beginner and Level 2-Intermediate courses must be completed to graduate.

BASIC KEELBOAT
If you are looking to learn how to sail on a more stable platform, small keelboats might be the way to go for you. This type of boat has a weighted keel that counter-balances the force on the sails. This is a learn-to-sail course. No prior experience is required. You will learn the fundamental principles of safe, confident day sailing on a keelboat ranging from 18- to 27-feet in length in light to moderate winds. Enjoy a beautiful day on the water and see your confidence rise from day one to that of a competent sailor by the end of the course. OPTIONAL: You may obtain an official license from Autoridad Marítima de Panamá (“Operador De Lancha 2da Clase hasta 12 metros”) which allows you to legally operate a sailing or power vessel in Panama waters.
